From Construction to Property Development
D&M Building Services was established in 2008, growing from its trade roots into the delivery of increasingly complex residential and commercial construction projects across the East Midlands.
That construction background now forms an important part of how D&M Property Group approaches development.
Rather than separating development decisions from construction delivery, we consider planning, buildability, cost, programme and commercial viability from the early stages of an opportunity.
D&M Property Group was established in 2025 to provide a dedicated structure for our development and investment activity.

Our focus is on residential development opportunities across the East Midlands where considered planning, commercial assessment and construction expertise can create long-term value.
Our current development activity includes:

Construction delivery through D&M Building Services means practical construction expertise can inform decisions from the feasibility and design stages rather than being introduced only when work begins on site.
